We don't normally host local pin Meetings in August, but this year we are delighted to announce the return of our National pin Meeting! Not only are we expecting 1,000 investors from all over the UK and around the world, but we’ll also be joined by an international guest speaker and a data driven property market expert who will be helping you with your property goals and sharing market predictions for the next 12 months.
However, we believe this will be a chance for enhanced networking as you will see when you participate.

How a professional footballer used property to negate his financial difficulty - Martyn Woolford
At this month’s pin meeting, Martyn Woolford, talks about how he has earned a healthy amount of money over the years but came close to bankruptcy and how, thanks to property he got himself into a secure position.
His presentation is aimed at stressing the importance of taking full responsibility of your finances and knowing where your money is invested.
Martyn will also run through his property businesses and highlight some of his property case study projects.

Tim has over 15 years working in the Construction & Property industry, but has only invested in his own properties and property education for the last 2-3 years.
He now has a large portfolio of 42 units/properties including single lets, HMOs & commercial with 47 HMO rooms all of which have had refurbishment and conversion works undertaken to them.
During Tim’s presentation he will take through his journey of:
- Working to earn further income streams through property
- How he was able to get out of his comfort zone, learn there is another to life other than working the 9-5 job and leave the day job.
