property investors network

Good turnout at IPN

Last night I spoke at the Ipswich Property Network hosted by Claire Wray and Nick Attwell at the well appointed Attwells Solicitors offices. It took a long time to get from Birmingham to Ipswich and back again but it was well worth the journey.
It was great to see such a well supported event with over 40 guests many of whom are experienced investors. The topic of the evening was how to fund property deals in the current economic conditions. This seems to be the hot topic at the moment and I like to think I demonstrated several clear methods of legitimately funding investments with little of your own money left in the deal even though the same day re-mortgage route is no longer available to us. There were also some great questions from the audience.

Although it can be a bit of a trek to get to, unless you are coming from London (when it is just over an hour on the train) I recommend making the pilgrimage to Ipswich to network with a great bunch of investors. You can find out more at new IPN website here:

Feedback from anyone at IPN last nigt would be welcomed.

Kind regards

Simon
