How can you benefit from a Coach or Mentor?

I am often asked “What is the difference between coaching and mentoring?”

A good coach does not need to know much about what you do. They should be able to help you find the answers yourself by asking you high quality questions. They won’t tell you what to do, but instead help you gain clarity in your thinking, challenge you, and support you to achieve whatever you want quicker than if you try to do it on your own.

I have personally used coaches since 2001, (different ones for life, business and property) when on an Anthony Robbins seminar I realised that all the really successful people have coaches to help them achieve more. Today, I still have a business coach who I have found invaluable. My coach charges £2000 a month which may seem a lot but I think it is well worth it. He does not tell me what to do (I usually know what needs to happen), but he acts as a sounding board, stimulates my thinking, helps me to think through issues and set my priorities. This prevents me from, being a busy fool, which I certainly have been in the past, and is an issue for many property investors. The extra productivity I achieve thanks to the coaching, allows me to earn far more than I pay and so I get a really good return on the investment in myself. I believe investing in yourself is the very best investment you can make, even better than property!

A mentor does far more than a coach.  As well as provide specific guidance and advice, they should   have significantly more experience than you, from which you can learn and build on your existing knowledge. For example when I was a graduate trainee at Cadbury, one of the company directors was my mentor.  She used her knowledge and experience to help guide and advise me to get the most out of my career in the company.

Coaching will be provided by some of the most successful graduates from my Property Mastermind Programme, all of whom I have personally selected and trained.  I will personally conduct the mentoring with just 5 investors who want to benefit from my 13 years experience.

We have a number of coaches who have specialised in different areas of property investment so that you can chose to have coaching with whomever you think will be best suited to your personal requirements.

You can book as many or as few coaching sessions as you want, often just one hour with one of our coaches maybe all you need to help you with a specific problem. Or you may decide that a regular call with a coach will give you the support, guidance and encouragement is what you need to achieve your property goals.

The investment for coaching is as follows:
* £150 + VAT for 1 session
* Buy 4 get 1 free: £600 + VAT for 5 sessions

Mentoring with Simon

I have decided to take on five personal mentoring clients. This is only for individuals who are committed to achieving at the highest level in their property investing.

Mentoring with myself involves:
* Initial three hour orientation session with you and your partner
* Monthly physical session with the other 4 mentees
* Weekly 1 hour power mentoring call
* Entry to all pin events 

If all mentoring places are taken you can join the waiting list until a position becomes available.

The investment to be personally mentored by myself is £1,997 + VAT per month.
