This weekend I was at a wealth creation seminar where the main guest speaker was Richard Reed, co founder of Innocent drinks, the £100 million pound a year number one smoothie brand in the UK. Many people are struggling at the moment. They are working hard but just not getting the results they deserve. Not for a lack of desire or effort.
