Dave's creative approach to investing saw him become the very first Property Mastermind Programme winner. Specialising in high end multi-lets for professionals, Dave has been successful at putting together cash out property purchases with monthly positive cashflow. His portfolio of 14 properties is varied, ranging from 2 bedroom apartments up to five bedroom houses. Dave is also a qualified NLP Practitioner and can put such skills to great use in his coaching of other investors.
Paul Collyer
Paul currently lives in Telford, Shropshire with his wife, Lee.
Paul took the big decision to take control of his own destiny back in 2007, when he took the plunge and joined the Property Mastermind Programme. At that time of joining MM2, Paul was a director of a national Courier company, often working 80+ hours per week, permanently stressed and traveling 50,000 miles per annum on the UK's already overcrowded road networks and deriving little satisfaction from his job.
Realising that he was not making the progress that he wanted, Paul took massive action and subscribed to a two-year personal development programme that would see him qualify as a life coach, a business coach and a master NLP practitioner , giving up his job only eight short weeks later!
Paul believes that it is your passion in life, no matter what it might be, that is the driver of your success, and that wealth invariably results when your work and your passion are linked and then unified.
Paul passion's are for Property Investment, and helping people focus on their goals, and then aspiring to reach them.
Although familiar with numerous investment strategies, Paul's first passion is Lease Options, which he has studied extensively under the expert tutorage of Mark Jackson, one of the UK's foremost experts in this strategy.
For relaxation, he enjoy's touring Europe on his motorcycle, personal development and photography.

Susan Alexander is a property investor and coach. Susan’s background is within HR Management for large Corporate and Small Business organisations and she has been a coach and mentor to many individuals in the field of personal development. Susan took part in the property mastermind programme whilst working a very busy full time job and emerged as one of the top five performers, successfully amassing over a million pounds worth of property and in excess of £50,000 cash flow in her spare time over a 12 month period.
Susan can provide you with objective advice to analyse where you are now and help you develop goals and clarify strategies that suit you and your financial circumstances. Susan will set you on a clear path, helping you to avoid costly mistakes, as well as acting as a sounding board and stimulating investment ideas.
