David Price
David has been investing in property for over fifteen years and in this time he has bought over a hundred properties and has experience in buy to let, buy to sell, overseas, refurbishment, HMO's, student lets, off plan, sourcing etc. He runs his own letting agency and sourcing company but has systemised these extensively to allow him to pursue travel and overseas adventures.
