We don't normally host local pin Meetings in August, but this year we are delighted to announce the return of our National pin Meeting! Not only are we expecting 1,000 investors from all over the UK and around the world, but we’ll also be joined by an international guest speaker and a data driven property market expert who will be helping you with your property goals and sharing market predictions for the next 12 months.
However, we believe this will be a chance for enhanced networking as you will see when you participate.

Finding & Appointing Builders - Martin Rapley
You can't do much in property investing without having to do a refurbishment so learning more about this process is key to your success. Martin has been refurbishing property for over 30 years and in that time has managed over 1000 projects, he's also a property investor known for his down to earth, no jargon approach to refurbishment, conversion and development.
At this meeting, Martin will be answering the question he gets asked the most often 'How do I find a good builder?' He will also be talking about the best ways to get accurate prices from builders and sharing tips to ensure that you have cast iron terms agreed with your builder.
This really isn't a talk to be missed, it could save you £000's on your next refurbishment.
ALSO... I bought a beach! - Sophie Foote
In 2018, Sophie bought a beach on a remote island in Indonesia – this was the start of her property development journey! Sophie and her husband had to deal with tsunami warnings, wildfires and earthquakes but they built a successful business and learnt how to deal with any challenge! In Sophie’s talk she will go through some of these challenges and show you how she dealt with them.
Sophie and her family moved back to the UK after 5 years and started their property business. They now have a rent to rent portfolio with 100+ tenants and have started developments too. Sophie is excited to share how she has scaled her business and to show that anyone can do it too with the correct knowledge.
